Digitization enables scientists quick access to the object of research. For transparent for microscopic three-dimensional object semi-transparent, like microinvertebrates or small body parts of the organism, provided a rare database.

Virtual Microscope Slide Collection – VIRMISCO project has developed a recommendation to take a pile of microscopic images of three-dimensional objects, storing and presenting series such as digital image files or z-stacks as an online platform.
